The small-stock processing line is capable of processing up to 2000 animals per day.

The beef processing line is capable of processing up to 500 animals per day.

Animals processed can be dispatched as whole carcasses or can be further processed in our boning room facility. Orders placed through our boning room are processed under the control of a special computer program which ensures that the details of customer's requirements are available to boning room staff at all times. Careful checking and labeling is part of a program to give our customers continuous high quality reliable service and superior products.
